The African Leadership Network (ALN) is a community of the most dynamic and influential leaders who are passionate about developing 3 million leaders for Africa by 2060. Our mission is to create a convening place for all those who believe in this vision to transform Africa.

 

ALN is a gathering for people who:

• Believe in and share our vision for developing 3 million leaders for Africa

• Want to play a meaningful role in this vision (or already do)

• Want to develop their own skills as leaders, benefiting from leadership development programs themselves

• Want to build meaningful, purpose-filled relationships with other influential leaders partnering with us on this journey

We believe that great, sustainable communities are built around a common purpose, one that is bigger than any one person in that community. In 2060, when we look back, we hope to see ALN as the ‘glue’ that brought together key players who  reshaped the leadership of this continent.
