Jean Didier currently serves as an External Expert for Capacities for Biodiversity and Sustainable Development (CEBIoS). He has previously worked as Head of Research Unit at Laboratoire de Biomathématiques et d'Estimations Forestières. He has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD, in Natural Resources Management from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Faculty of Agronomic Sciences and has volunteered as an Assistant Expert for organizations such as the African Parks Network.
